The Mooring was Founded in 1960 by Robert Telzerow. For nearly 50 years, people in the industry have come to know that he stands behind his products and hires quality workers, providing only first-rate service to both his customers and suppliers alike. Mr. Telzerow and The Mooring have built up an impressive reputation over time by supplying reliable Boats & Motors at affordable prices, and we will continue to do so, helping Long-Islanders and our neighbors achieve the dream of owning a boat, even in today's hard financial climate. The Mooring's technicians carry various certifications including ASE, which enables them to provide FULL SERVICE on everything sold, along with great customer support. Our team works hard for the customer, providing dry-dock, summer storage, full service repairs, restoration, upgrades, resales and much more. Through our commitment, experience and expertise The Mooring has established a business relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime. We are proud of ourselves, and of you for supporting us, keeping both pleasure-boating and the mercantile trade alive and well as we span over two centuries together.
